Hiregenyx was shaped by a recurring client problem: proposal success and hiring execution were treated as separate tracks even when outcomes were interdependent.

Founding context

The market gap we saw.

US GovCon and growth-stage teams often face the same operational problem: they need to win work and staff delivery at the same time, but their partners are usually specialized in only one side.

In 2022, that pattern appeared repeatedly in founder conversations with hiring leaders and capture teams. By 2023, it became clear there was room for a firm that could handle proposal rigor and staffing execution inside one accountable operating model.

    Network effects from prior CBREX-linked relationships expanded client access and strengthened cross-market hiring reach.
